We accept the following methods of payment:

• On-Line Credit Card Orders. Gleason Research accepts MasterCard and Visa.

  Your order is shipped by the end of next business day after the receipt of your credit card order.

• Telephone Credit Card Orders. Please call us at 800/265–7727 (domestic USA) or 636/736–4179 (international). We would be happy to receive your order at any time. Se habla espanol.

• Fax Credit Card Orders. Please use one of our convenient ordering forms—for USA delivery, Canadian delivery, or other international delivery. Our fax number is 978/287–4170.

• Cashier’s Check or Money Order. Your order is shipped by the end of next business day after the receipt of your cashier's check or money order. Please use one of our convenient ordering forms—for USA delivery, Canadian delivery, or other international delivery.

• Personal Check. Orders are shipped after your check clears (usually in 5 business days). Please use one of our convenient ordering forms—for USA delivery, Canadian delivery, or other international delivery.

• Purchase Order. We accept purchase orders from educational institutions. We would be glad to provide a guaranteed price quote to your school's purchasing department to expedite processing. For fastest service, please fax a hard-copy of the purchase order to us. Orders for Handy Board systems placed via purchase order are shipped as soon as fax confirmation is received.

Product Guarantee

Gleason Research wants you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money-back product guarantee. Your purchase price (less shipping if you requested special delivery) will be refunded upon return of the product to us. Any product to be returned must be in like-new condition; we cannot accept assembled sensor/motor kits for a money-back refund. Please contact us for return information before sending anything back.

In addition, we guarantee the proper functioning of your Handy Board for ninety days from the date of sale. If the Handy Board fails for reasons related related to imperfect materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it (at our discretion) and pay for shipping charges in both directions. Please note that we cannot cover failures due to shorts or overloads caused by improper use or modifications.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of our products. Gleason Research products are not authorized for use in mission-critical systems. Our products are intended for use by adults; the Handy Board is intended as a research device and learning tool.
