• one Handy Cricket,
• one Cricket Serial IR Beamer,
• one DB9M-DB9F cable,
• one CX-SMKIT Sensor/Motor Kit for Cricket (unassembled -- requires soldering), and
• a printed manual for the Handy Cricket.

Basically, this is the best way to get started with Handy Crickets. You get everything you need in one kit. (*)
